June 1, 2017 marked International Children's Day and the children of SOLEDHA in Demontruille, Haiti joined in the celebration! The day came about back in 1925 when world leaders gathered in Switzerland to discuss children's rights and well being. The SOLEDHA family helped to bring about awareness this year with a march through their town, then gathered together for a special meal.
No doubt, there are numerous concerns for the well being of children worldwide; poverty, lack of education, malnutrition, neglect and even abuse. So many issues can feel overwhelming. How can one person possibly tackle it all? But here at Leve Project we have an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of these 30 children with SOLEDHA. Through child sponsorship, mission trips and general donations, you too can join with us to help give these children opportunities to overcome! Visit the SPONSOR A CHILD or MISSION TRIPS page or click on the link below to donate today. Together with the Grace of God, we can impact the lives of children to help them rise above.
